Customized Services

We provide community-based residential services (24-hour care to partial day programs) for people with mental illness and other medical, intellectual, and developmental challenges.

Our dedicated staff works with residents to improve coping skills, relationships, physical fitness and nutrition, practice independent living and work skills, express creativity, explore spirituality, and determine effective medication.

Where To Start

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

We work with clients in various financial situations.
We accept reimbursement from a variety of sources, including, Medical Assistance via CADI, DD, BI, and Elderly Waivers. County social service agencies determine eligibility for funding streams as well as screenings required to qualify for a DD, CADI, BI, or Elderly Waiver.
We contract with private sponsors.
Alternative condition and need-based funding sources may be available.
Rent obligation is determined on a case-by-case basis for those who qualify.
